Carol Wotjkun, Director of Course Development
   
Carol leads ePath Learning's Pro-Services team, providing FraudAware clients with professional learning services ranging from defining key competencies and skill gap analysis, through the developing custom on-line courses, to measuring overall learning effectiveness.

Carol manages the development of Web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), performance support systems (PPS), as well as blended solutions (e.g., a combination of technology-based training, leader-led, electronic performance support, structured on-job training, videotape, coaching).

Her experience spans over 25 years with proven success as a project manager/program manager for Interactive Media Corporation and most recently Pearson. Her work includes both government and commercial projects with clients that include the United States Navy, Coast Guard, NYNEX, and MassMutual
